Consignment Agreement:

• Seller must be clear about how much they want to sell their piece for and a timeline for it to be sold
• Seller must agree with a Sito Showroom member about their rates to give after a sale. 
• Seller must ship the item in due time if they choose to keep the item on their own.
• If seller fails to ship the item in due time, we will have to refund the buyer for the item. 
• Sito Showroom ensures safety on your items if seller chooses to leave it with us.
• If seller sells anything inauthentic or anything that’s different from the description a fee will be charged and a temporary ban will be placed from consignment.
• Payouts will be received when the money is cleared and the buyer received the product.
• Seller is responsible for any lost items/packages lost within transit to the buyer.
• Once a rate is agreed upon, it cannot be changed unless you’re a top seller within our domain.
